This place is in a great location with restaurants and bars nearby, offering lovely rooms with comfortable beds, park views, and air conditioning.

It has particularly good central location in a super central area. Glad I took studio apartment, it was cosy and comfy.

a microwave oven, climate control, and a personal safe in the room, quiet location. good and appetising meals. location close enough to lake balaton and all the main restaurants in balatonfured, the best beach in balatonfuered, which is the campsite beach, best for young children, and 60-80 meters distance, banks and shops.

Overall it was clean with hot tubs😀

The rooms at Boutique Hotel Annuska are really unique and unlike any other. They have this amazing charm and character that made me feel like I was staying in a one-of-a-kind place. The air conditioning in the twin/double room was a total lifesaver during the hot summer days. It kept the room cool and comfortable, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay even more. As a budget traveler, having this feature available was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated.

One thing I liked less about the room was the size of the bathroom. It was a bit small for my liking, but I understand that this might not bother others who value simplicity and functionality over space.

Be careful in upper floors. Dont hit your head in roof supporting beams like I did. The breakfast was moderate.

The location is fantastic and quiet, and the staff are excellent and friendly.

Bike Hire was free which was excellent. Appartment was very big. Free table tennis.

No fridge or kettle. Interior door locks not working.

12min by feet from train station, 5min to Balaton Lake. nice house/villa beginning 20th century: double room and bathroom, tidy, calm. friendly receptionist. Breakfast very typical Hungarian: lot of sausage and cold sausage.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, with many great restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the park. The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure that all my needs were met. The amenities were top-notch, including a spa and wellness center, outdoor swimming pool, and a sun terrace. The hotel also offered a variety of activities such as hiking and cycling. I was extremely satisfied with my experience here.

The hotel is conveniently located near the lake and within walking distance of several restaurants and bars. the rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. the breakfast selection is varied and delicious. There are also great facilities such as an outdoor swimming pool and a playground for kids.

The wifi connection can be inconsistent in some areas of the hotel.
